Ingredients
30gr.frozen blackberries
30gr.frozen blueberries
100gr.frozen strawberries
10gr.grated fresh ginger
1tbsp.honey
2tbsp.oats
250mlskimmed milk
Instructions
Place the frozen fruit in a blender, grate the ginger into the blender and add the honey, oats and milk.
Blend until smooth and serve in a large glass.
