Palmiers (Using Store-Bought Puff Pastry) 🌀
These tasty treats are a nice quick way to show Maxine how different puff pastry behaves compared to shortcrust pastry.

Ingredients

sheet of puff pastry

tbsp
sugar

tsp
cinnamon
optional
Instructions
Sprinkle sugar (and cinnamon) evenly over pastry.
Roll both sides inward to meet in the middle.
Slice into 1cm pieces and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
