Palmiers (Using Store-Bought Puff Pastry) 🌀

These tasty treats are a nice quick way to show Maxine how different puff pastry behaves compared to shortcrust pastry.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Sprinkle sugar (and cinnamon) evenly over pastry.
  • Roll both sides inward to meet in the middle.
  • Slice into 1cm pieces and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
