Mac & Cheese 🥘

Of course, when you've just learned to make a Mornay sauce, what better reward than the king of comfort food - Mac & Cheese!

Ingredients

  • 200 g macaroni pasta
  • 1 portion of Cheese Sauce
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 20 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix pasta with cheese sauce and transfer to an ovenproof dish.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and olive oil, then sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
