Mac & Cheese 🥘
Of course, when you've just learned to make a Mornay sauce, what better reward than the king of comfort food - Mac & Cheese!

Ingredients
200
g
macaroni pasta
1
portion of Cheese Sauce
50
g
breadcrumbs
20
g
grated parmesan
1
tsp
olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Mix pasta with cheese sauce and transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and olive oil, then sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
