Ingredients
227gr.low-fat yoghurt
1tsp.sugar
Juice and zest of ½ lemon
50gr.blueberries
A few roast almond flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and sugar.
Add the grated zest and juice of ½ a lemon and mix well.
Place the blueberries in the bottom of a serving bowl or glass, spoon the yoghurt mixture on top and garnish with a few flakes of roast almond.
Notes
Use flaked almonds, toasted oats or chopped pistachio to add some crunchy texture to this simple dessert!
