1tspDijon mustard

Salt & black pepperto taste
Instructions
Whisk together mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Slowly add olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Toss with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
