I normally like to keep my salmon/trout simple, salt and pepper with some dill weed on top, grilled or baked till done. Today I wanted to try something a little different and had countless ideas. I had some left over yogurt from the other day so I figured I would do a Tandoori inspired marinade (Tandoori chicken is marinated in a yogurt spice mix and cooked traditionally in a tandoor which is a clay oven).
