Chorizo & Crab Saute

8 oz Chorizo Cut Up

8 oz Crab Meat

2 Stalks Celery Chopped

1 Medium Yellow Onion Chopped

1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper Chopped

12 oz Carrots Chopped

1 Tbs Garlic Chopped

8 oz Red and Yellow Grape Tomatoes ( Cut in 1/2 if needed)

Salt & Pepper to Taste

1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

1/4 Tsp Ginger

1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

1 Tsp Smokey Parika

Olive Oil 2 Good Glugs

Shiraz Good Splash or Two

All The Veggies Chopped

 

Pour two good glugs of Olive Oil in Heavy Saute Pan, turn heat to medium. Add Chorizo, cook, stirring now
