Spicy Chili Garlic Pork & Tofu

1 1/2 Pounds Boneless Pork, Cut into one inch Cube

16 Ounces Firm Tofu, Cut into one inch Cube

1 Large Yellow Onion, Cut in 1/2 and Sliced

1 Bunch Green Top Garlic, Course Chopped

3 or 4 Cloves Garlic, Course Chopped

1 Red Bell Pepper, Julienned

1 or 2 Tablespoon Ginger, Fine Chopped

3 or 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

2 or 3 Tablespoons Black Bean Sauce

2 or 3 Tablespoons, Chili Garlic Sauce

Black Pepper, to Taste

Dash of Nutmeg

1 Cup Chicken Broth, Hot

1 or 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil

3 0r 4 Glugs Canola Oil

3 Ounce package Dry Ramen Noodles

 

Put the Tofu Cubes & Hot Chicken Broth in a mixing bowl, swish around and set close to stovetop

Put Canola Oil in Wok or large heavy skillet, heat on medium high temp

Add the pork, stir and cook about 3 minutes

Add the Onion, Garlics & Ginger

Stir & cook about 2 or 3 minutes, (I like things very crunchy/ crispy, cook longer if you desire

Now add the rest of the ingredients except the Ramen Noodles, Use a slotted spoon to add the Tofu but minimum Chicken Broth, if any at all

Stir and cook until all is hot, about 2 or 3 minutes

Finally crush the Ramen Noodles in the package with the butt of your palm

Open and add to the Stir Fry, discard the MSG Flavor Pack

Remove from heat, mix together a bit and serve!

The Dry Ramen adds a nice crunch!

(Note, In the photos there is no Red Bell Pepper, I decided to add it in the recipe to enhance the colors of the dish!)
